32oz broth of choice ( i used chicken)

1 tsp basil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp fresh or dry thyme

I also recommend Serving with some crust garlic bread!
To a large pot over medium heat, add the olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste, cook until the onion starts to become translucent, then add the sausage. Cook the sausage until fully browned, about 8-10 minutes. Incorporate the ricotta until it’s coated everything, then add the broth. Bring to a boil and add the seasoning, and tomato sauce, stir to combine, When it’s boiling add the pasta.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the pasta is to your liking. Stirring occasionally. Add the parmesan and mix until creamy and smooth. Serve yourself a bowl.
To Garnish, add a scoop of ricotta, more parmesan cheese, a dollop of optional pesto, fresh basil, and parsley, serve and enjoy!
